This is literally the best steak I’ve ever had. American Wagyu Beef Zabuton; maitake mushrooms, broccoli di ciccio, farro with short rib & caramelized onionions. There’s no point in even trying to describe how this cut of beef tastes. Click the zoomed pic and check out the marbling through every single fiber.
